Cancellation

When you book a service, the provider is committed to you for that hour – and he will honor that commitment, turning away others who may want the same time. That hour is YOURS. He is committing the most valuable resource he has – his time. By the same token, the provider expects you to honor your commitment. Needless to say, emergencies do happen and he will understand that. Please give him a call as soon as possible to release the time.

The time slot of a last minute cancellation is usually not fillable – so your cancellation not only causes aggravation, but costs $$$ as well. Hence, the following policy is in effect:

• Cancellation prior to 4 hours of appointment - no charge will be levied
• Cancellation 4 to 2 hours of appointment - liable for 1/2 of the charges of the appointment
• Cancellation 2 to 1 hours of appointment - liable for 75% of the charges of the appointment
• Cancellation or No Show at the time of appointment - liable for 100% of the charges

Illness

If you are suffering from any sort of illness, especially those which are transferable, we ask that you call us immediately. In the event of a surprise illness we will be happy to reschedule your session

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for purchase and may be redeemed for service in the amount on the certificate any time within one year of the purchase. Please call for an appointment.
